Six Sentence Story

1. Once upon a time there lived a young innocent boy.

2. The young innocent boy lived in a spooky two story house.


3. The young innocent boy had a talent that no one else would have, that talent was that he could sense spirits around him.


4. The young innocent boy was told to go up into the attic and get something his mother needed little did he know the attic was haunted from the people who lived there before them.


5.  As he was  walking up the ladder he felt a bad spirit and he got worried that the spirit might do something bad to him.


6. As he walked up into the attic he saw a tall dark shadow and it was walking towards him and…… To be continued.

My Fun Holiday!!!!

 

Over the past holiday some of the activities I did was were hang out with some family and go out with some of my friends. In the picture that is above it shows some of the foods I ate and some I the places I went to. Task Description: This weeks task was to try and find the located pair for some of the questions and some of the questions wanted me to find out the order of the pair to the given point. I answer all of these questions and I put all the answer on one slide.

Last Week Of Tech For Term 1

  Ingredients:

•  Mince
• Onion
• Mozzarella cheese
• Lasgna Sauce
• Garlic
• Ginger
• Pastry   

For tech this week we made Lasagne. In this dice we made we included some spices the Mrs Tuipolotu added into the sauce. At the end we made this beautiful and yummy tasting dice.

Career Talks

 

Today we had three lovey and amazing guest cause and shared there career on how and why they got to where they are right now. Their names were Fiona Bakulich, Jason Young and last but not least Tenielu Telea one of our ex students. Jason came and shared his career of becoming a builder, Fiona shared her journey of being a Funeral director. Tenielu also shared his journey of getting to the stage his at in rugby.

Week 8 Tech @ Tamaki

This week for Tech we made Sweet and Sour Pork with Rice. In the Sweet and Sour we added some vegetables.

Attitude Talks

Today we had an unexpected visitor named Jannah. She came and talked to us about how our attitude should be around friends and how friendship could go. She shared some of her jokes and some advise on how to be a good friend. Jannah gave us 6 of her own tips of how to have a good friendship with anyone. The 6 tips she gave us were Be friendly, Be Positive, Be yourself, Don't be shy, Remeber the special moments and  Remeber there names. 

A Country like Mine

Task Description: This week in Queens we read a book called A country like mine. After  we read the book we did our follow up and this is my follow up that Mrs Ilaoa set up for Queens.

WALT: We are learning  about the language features used in advertising. We are also learning about the different forms media may take.


Task Description: This week our focus was on learning different language features. So we started of with seeing what different language features are in advertising. This is the work that I did, it shows the different advertisements that Mrs Ilaoa set out with her literacy room to work out. This slide shows my work the I have completed from this week.

Task Description: This text is about New Zealand Bank Notes and how they were made and where they were made. It also shows my answers for all the questions that were provided in the text slide. On the last slide it shows my own bank note that I made up.

My first image on your left on the top explains the where my family and I come from and where my grandparents grow up. The second image which is the image on the Tongan flag represents my school and the support they give me. The third image is the image on the top right side and it is my last name and the last name that my grandparents and mother has. My fourth image is of a cross and bible because it explain how much faith I have in god because I love going church and praising god. My last image is my self it represent me trying hard to do my best to make my family proud my my teachers.
