My Amazing and kind of fun looking Visual Mihi for 2019

Task Description:
My first image on your left on the top explains the where my family and I come from and where my grandparents grow up. The second image which is the image on the Tongan flag represents my school and the support they give me. The third image is the image on the top right side and it is my last name and the last name that my grandparents and mother has. My fourth image is of a cross and bible because it explain how much faith I have in god because I love going church and praising god. My last image is my self it represent me trying hard to do my best to make my family proud my my teachers.

WALT: Remembering our group norms in the various activities we have in maths




This week we solved a problem that Mrs Telea arranged for her maths class. This is how my group and I solved it out. 

How did you travel to school and Evening Activities

Today for maths we started of with some easy question that Mrs Telea told us to collected data from. Mrs Telea also told us to find a form that you will show that you have collected data and this is the form that Angel and I have collected for both questions.

Bedmas

WALT: use the correct order of operations when solving algebraic equations. I am learning about the order of operations.   

Language Features

WALT: Poetry.  We are learning about the language features that are present in poetry.
 

Going to Rainbow Ends

These are the some of the feelings that i felt when I was at Rainbow Ends. I had a lot of fun with my group. These are some of the photos we took.

As I sit under the tree I was watching people walk by. I found a book and opened the book, I started to read it. I kept on reading and it was very emotional. While I was reading tears kept running down my face. I stopped for a second and realized that this book was about a very sad someone that was hurting inside. While I was reading the book came to a end………. To be continued

The Haunted House On Blood Hill

It was time. Time to the explore the haunted house on top of Blood hill. I've been told many scary story about this haunted house, but I never believed any of it. Until… I had enough. So then me and my friend Chastyit decided to plan a day to visit the so called ' Headless Horseman House' on top of Blood Hill.

Once we got to the Horseman’s House we already had felt the feel that everybody else had. A sad and angry feeling. It also felt like it didn’t want us to investigate the house.

This is one of my problem solving that I did. This side shows what problem I was solving. It shows me sorting out the 24 hour time from the 12 hour time.             

What I would paint in a pool

WALT:Inferring - I can find clues within the text. I read between the lines to understand the hidden meaning to make a conclusion or an assumption.

This is my plan for what I would paint in a pool if I got to chose . I would paint this because I would want it to feel like I'm in the ocean or sea. . 

How to be a Leader

To my family they think that education is that key to a good future. If you want to know how you can get an good education then read the following paragraphs. 

    
Being a good learner means making it to school everyday and also it means to attending school can make you get prizes in the end of the year  when its prize giving. Therefore being present to school helps you with life.               



Another idea is that being organized is being prepared for what you have in your classes throughout the day. To be organized, make sure to be prepared for college if your in primary meaning have a pencil or other stationary to help you with your learning.



Being a good learner means you have to behave by not talking to other students. It also means to be ready to listen and sitting up straight. For example you can in the morning when the bell rings, you go to class and you sit up straight in your desk ready for learning.             


This is my explanation on how to be a good learner. I hope you've learnt something from these three ideas in my explanation. Make sure to always learn so you can be a good learner.

How our health & P.E preforms was

 

This is how we think our performance went for our move ya body health and P.E. We thought that the performance was really good. The one thing that we didn't do was that we didn't smile and we were too shy so we started forgetting the dance moves.  So that our reflection on our dance. 

What Room 3 Maths Class Does For Rotations

         

Everyday for maths in room 3 we have two groups for maths that everyone is in, group A which is the girls group and in group B is girls and boys. Group A and B take turns being with Mrs Tele'a everyday for DMIC. The group that goes away does rotations and in rotations we do 20 minutes of maths whizz, then 20 minutes of DLO and 20 minutes of basic facts or learning our times tables or follow up. So thats what we do in room 3 for maths and rotations.

Sorting Out Brainstorms

Walt: Write and sort words from our brainstorms

 This is my brainstorm and my brainstorm is about our school cross country. The brainstorm includes how I felt, the goals you were aiming, how you prepared and what you were doing in the race. It has some feelings that  are like satisfied, some of it is painful to feel. So that is my brainstorm on my school cross country.

Dmic Working Out

This is the maths working out that we did today for maths and in my group we were  trying to answer questions A and here is how we worked it out and I think that we got the question right because we explained it really while. The answer we think it is was 21:30 in the 24 hour time and the 12 hour time is 9:30 pm.
